Donald Belcham and Kyle Baley talk to Carl and Richard about inheriting existing (brownfield) applications. The focus of this talk is on setting up the environment before tackling the code with a special focus on testing.
Kyle Baley is an independent consultant of ten years experience most of which is in the Microsoft world. He has developed Web and Smart Client applications for companies of all sizes and in a variety of industries, adding a little more to his knowledge base with every project.
Kyle currently makes his home base in the Bahamas waiting patiently for the day when wireless internet access reaches the beaches of the Caribbean Sea. Until then, he uses his experience as a speaker at user groups and developer conferences to preside over the Bahamas .NET User Group, the first of its kind in the country.
