Lee Zuckett on the Customer Care Framework
Lee Zuckett from Microsoft talks about the Microsoft Customer Care Framework, which helps companies create valuable customer relationships by improving the customer experience across all interaction channels -phone, e-mail, chat, and web-bringing together disparate information from different applications into one view, without having to re-enter the same information.

Lee J. Zuckett (pronounced Zoo-ket) is originally from Ohio. He graduated from OSU in 1994 with a BS in Astrophysics and a minor in mathematics. He uses none of that unfortunately, and instead has been designing and implementing database application for over 14 years. He moved to the Bay Area in 1996 just as the Internet boom was really starting to take off and moved to Phoenix just as it popped. After a year and a half, Lee moved to Seattle where he still resides, and joined Microsoft in December of 2008.
In his career as a developer and consultant, Lee has worked with FoxPro 2.5/2.6 for Windows, VFP 3/5, VB 5/6, ASP and .Net. A few of the other various technologies he has worked on along the way include SQL, a smattering of early BizTalk and Microsoft's Surface. In early 2005, Lee started to work on a project that took the Customer Care Framework (CCF) 2.0 Solution and turned it into the product CCF 2005, CCF 2005 .Net 2.0 Edition, and CCF 2008.
