Gael Fraiteur is Still PostSharp!

Carl and Richard talk to Gael Fraiteur about the state of PostSharp and Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP). Gael talks about the advantage of AOP, modifying applications without changing source code by using post-compilation techniques. He digs into different examples of using AOP to add features without burying business code in the plumbing. Finally Gael talks about the evolution of PostSharp into community and retail versions and what is coming in version 2.1.

Gael Fraiteur has been passionately programming since childhood; building and selling his first commercial software at age 12. He is Founder and CEO at PostSharp Technologies based in Prague, Czech Republic. Before moving to Prague, Gael spent the 20 first years of his life in Belgium. He is the father of 5 kids aged from 4 to 11. Besides programming and parenting, Gael loves baroque and classical music, and teaches himself to play the piano.
