Grant BlahaErath
Grant BlahaErath is the technical manager for the Platform Adoption Center at Microsoft. He has been a software developer for 20 years at companies like Electronic Arts, Autodesk, Mattel and Broderbund.
Most recently he was the chief software archtect for the Dublin, Ireland based company Riverdeep, Inc.

Glenn Podany
Glenn Podany grew up in the Pacific Northwest. He is a graduate of Matteo Ricci College with a Bachelor of Arts from Seattle University. Served in the Unites States Air Force.
He began his technical career in 1991 supporting remote access host connectivity solutions then onto corporate networks supporting Windows clients host connectivity to 3270 and 5250 environments
Glenn Joined Microsoft in 1998 supporting resources leveraged by the Microsoft technical field sales organization. He has beena Test Lead, Program Manager, Product Manager and his current position is Lab Manager of the Platform Adoption Center in Building 20.
